Network Update
September 4, 2020 9:45 a.m. CST
Our wireless network in Louisiana is operating normally following Hurricane Laura and we are working to address a very limited number of wireline customers who were affected by storm damage and power outages. Although our network is performing well, we continue our work to maintain generator refueling schedules, rebuild destroyed towers, and perform general maintenance and cleanup. Our Network Disaster Recovery team will be staying in the area for the near future to continue to provide temporary service at locations with severe damage, until long term solutions can be implemented.
